The theme comprises reminiscence and technology to evoke the glorious memory of former Nangang industries, and to breathe life into community building plan. Boats, tea, sweet osmanthus and coal are core impressions to envision the Rapid Transit Platform, Nangang Station, as the contemporary Transport Dock for Nangang, which resembles the historical impressions of old-time Nangangzi Dock that was once prolific in agricultural and mineral products for export in its historical glory.
